Move Management

Move management is more than just moving someone from here to there. Our move management team is here to assist you with the coordination as you relocate or reconfigure your existing space. We plan, coordinate and schedule the many contractual services in your existing and new site. PDI will handle all these details and serve as the liaison between vendors and service providers. We provide a detailed analysis of the current furniture and equipment to be rearranged in an existing space or relocated to a new space and provide full support every step of the way. Our approach to scheduling and coordinating all phases minimizes down time and maximizes productivity.

PDI’s project management team will show employees how to pack and tag their items, provide them with a schedule of the move and deadlines for their responsibilities. We plan for employees who will be on vacation during the move to make sure their contents are packed up before they leave. We create back up plans to handle situations such as packing up the items of an employee who is out ill during the move. We also coordinate the furniture installers and tear-down and re-install the furniture.
