Expectations
What should you expect the day of your installation?
Before
At the time of installation, the Project Manager and lead installer review ALL on-site project specifics and review the plans discussed during the planning process. They will review areas to stage the product, take care of necessary building protection and establish the route to remove trash from the site. Products are brought in using a pre-planned sequence that allows other workers such as cable installers and electricians to complete their tasks in sequence.
During
While the installation is ongoing, the lead installer or the Project Manager will be in communication with the client site contact. Should any issues arise or any deviations from the plans need to be made, they will be reviewed and approved by the site contact before action is taken.
After
When the installation is complete, the crew ensures everything is clean, complete and fine-tuned to the customer's satisfaction. The lead installer inspects the site to double check for any last minute issues or adjustments. The lead installer or project manager will do a final walkthrough with the customer and once everything is addressed the project will be completed with a sign off. The team then quickly gets out of the way so that you can get back to work.
